The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened hair removal products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund your order promptly.
Refund Process
